The Featured category does not necessarily contain the most expensive properties; Good value is not synonymous with the lowest price; and Distinctive is not reserved for the luxury segment.
Featured properties are assessed through the combined effect of location, condition, usability and market position. In the Good value category, greater weight is given to utility relative to price and to the likely need for additional expenditure.
A property may enter the Distinctive group because of a difficult-to-replace characteristic such as a private jetty, an unusually large plot, rare ceiling height or multigenerational potential.
